The Question Helper team is primarily composed of individuals that actively partake in answering questions within the questions channel, and the requirements are similar to Banner Helpers, however with the added requirement of being knowledgeable about topics related to the game itself. They are likewise handpicked.

XP & Levels
These are the role rewards you unlock gradually by staying active and reaching certain levels. Type /rank in bot commands to view your rank. Every checkpoint stacks — you keep all previous perks along with the new ones.
XP Boosts
- Boosting the server gives you a global 5% XP multiplier.
- Sending messages in booster chat gives you a 10% XP multiplier.
- Upvoting the server on Bloxlink gives you a 10% XP multiplier (link in the Links tab).
- Upvoting Arcane bot gives you a 10% XP multiplier.
- The Gambler role, obtained through Unbelievaboat (LVL 50+ only), grants a 10% XP multiplier.
- A permanent XP boost can be obtained through Unbelievaboat for a 5% XP multiplier.
- The Donator role gives a 10% global XP multiplier, obtained by donating at least $30 or 3 battlepasses worth of giveaways.

Server Management
Owner
The highest authority of the server — manages everything, makes final decisions, oversees all operations, and ensures the community runs smoothly.
Co-owner
Assists the owner in managing the entire server, oversees all staff operations, handles major decisions, and ensures everything runs smoothly.
Manager
Oversees the entire server, keeping it fun, clean, and active.
Head of Staff
Oversees the entire server and staff team.
Senior Administrator
Supervises admins and moderators, manages high-level server operations, and assists in major decision-making.
Administrator
Oversees the moderation team and works with the moderator team.
Senior Moderator
Ensures the server is safe and enjoyable for all members.
Moderator
Ensures the server is safe and enjoyable for all members by moderating the chat.
Junior Moderator
Individuals on trial to become full-fledged moderators.
Helper Team
Lead Helper
Experienced members of the Question Helper team who assist and help newer helpers. They lead by example and keep things running smoothly within the helper group.
Question Helper
Question Helpers assist with server questions, game mechanics, and anything else members need help with — quickly and accurately.
Staff role requirement: to become a staff member for Blaze Strikers, you must patiently wait for applications from time to time.
Community Roles
GameNight Host
Responsible for hosting game nights, engaging members with fun activities, managing lobbies, and ensuring everyone has a great time.
Movie Night Host
Hosts movie nights, handles movie suggestions, sets up watch parties, and ensures smooth streaming for all members.
Server Booster
Supports the server by boosting it. Perks: nickname permissions, pic perms, external emote & sticker permissions, a custom role, access to the exclusive booster chat, and 1.5x more XP from chatting.
Content Creator
Officially recognized for the content they make. Requirements: at least one video uploaded in the past month, and 500+ subscribers/followers.
Artist
Artists deemed talented by staff can showcase their artwork in the server. Contact a staff member for your art piece to be reviewed and approved.
